“My partner and I started personal training with Sam 4 months ago. I’m generally one that becomes easily bored with things however the variety of exercises Sam has knowledge of is awesome. Some days we box flat out for a whole session, others can be weights /cardio sessions, trx, or trying to lift heavy weights. I’m never bored and often we change sessions to do what I feel like on the day, though it will never not be challenging. For me to get up at 5am twice a week to train I’ve got to really enjoy it as i’ve never been a morning person! Sami introduced me to everyone and is always super aware of how everyone is traveling during training, matching you up with partners that will challenge you or be of a similar level. If you’re injured or sore he’s straight onto it ensuring you have alternative exercises or the right stretches to do after and outside of training. An amazing workout experience in a fun laid back and relaxed environment where you can workout as a team or if you have the guts (lol) in one on one pt session with Sami. Either way you will LOVE every bit of it. But remember this NO PAIN NO GAIN!
